We wish to express our gratitude for the professional manner in which you handled the recent sale of our Vancouver property.

When we first decided to sell our home we were aware that there were a number of minor repair issues that needed to be addressed and this would be difficult for us to manage from Arizona.  You agreed to represent us on the sale of the house and oversee the repair work prior to the listing.  Little did either of us know that the number of issues (foundation repair, water drainage, bathroom renovation, pest extermination…to name a few) would become much more extensive than anticipated.  In each case you immediately identified licensed contractors, obtained bids, and monitored the progress of the contractors to insure the timely completion of each project.  At my last count, seven different contractors were utilized.

Quite frankly, we do not believe we could have completed the necessary repairs and sale of our house without your oversight.  As residents of Arizona we would have had no knowledge of local contractors and even less leverage to get the contractors to bid and complete the work in the timely fashion which you managed to achieve.

Bottom line – only 60 days elapsed from the date we signed the contract with John L. Scott, all the repairs were completed, and finalized the sale!!
